From now on, you can make an appointment online at Duijvestein Winterstore and at the Mount by Duijvestein shops! Because we can only welcome a maximum number of customers in our shops at the same time, due to the coronation measures, we advise you to plan your visit to our stores. This way you can be sure that you can enter at the agreed time (and that an advisor will be ready to help you)!

SHOP BY APPOINTMENT

At all our stores it is possible to shop with and without an appointment! Through our online booking system you can easily schedule an appointment at your favorite store. On this page you will find all the information about shopping by appointment.

WHEN CAN YOU SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT OR DROP BY?

Zoetermeer: Monday to Friday from 12.00-20.00 and in the weekend from 10.00-17.00
Landgraaf: Tuesday to Friday from 12.00-20.00 and in the weekend from 10.00-17.00
Den Haag: Temporarily closed for renovation

HOW DOES SHOPPING BY APPOINTMENT WORK?

Making an appointment is very easy. Press the button below, select a day and time and indicate what you want advice about: for example, do you want to pick out a winter sports outfit, or are you looking for new ski boots? If so, we will reserve an advisor for you who knows everything about this product group!

 SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT   

Once you have made an appointment, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. Here you will find all the information about your appointment: from the location and time, to the preparations you can make for your appointment. It is useful to keep this confirmation, because at the bottom of the email you will also find the buttons with which you can change or cancel your appointment.

THE DAY OF YOUR APPOINTMENT:

Ten minutes before your appointment, you will receive an e-mail or text message containing a link that you must use to register. Click on the link and press the 'sign in' button, so that the consultant knows that you are ready for your appointment. After you have signed in, you will see a page where you can keep an eye on the waiting time for your appointment. As soon as it is your turn, you will be notified!

HOW DO YOU PREPARE FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT AND WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT?

ACCESSORIES CLOTHING (E.G. GLOVES)

Duration appointment: 10 minutes

During an accessories appointment in the clothing department, an advisor will help you find the perfect gloves, mittens, hats, scarves... Of course, the staff member will tell you more about it during your appointment and advise you on the right size.

ACCESSORIES HARDWARE (E.G. SKI POLES, SOLES OR WAX)

Duration appointment: 10 minutes

Choose the appointment 'accessories hardware' if you come to shop for accessories in the ski and snowboard department, such as ski poles, maintenance materials, soles or protection. An advisor will be waiting for you to tell you everything about these subjects.

GOGGLES/HELMETS

Duration appointment: 15 minutes

When you come to pick out goggles and/or helmets, an advisor will be waiting for you to help you find the right items and the perfect size. Are you looking for a helmet and already have a pair of goggles? Then our advice is to bring your goggles along, so we can help you find a helmet that fits your goggles. The reverse is also true of course: if you have a helmet and you come to buy goggles, bring your helmet with you.

KIDS SKIS, SNOWBOARDS AND BOOTS

Duration appointment: 30 minutes

Need new skis, boots or a board for your son or daughter? Then we reserve an advisor in the ski and snowboard department for you. In 30 minutes you will look for the best winter sports equipment for your child. If your child also needs ski or snowboard boots, we will do a foot scan to determine the right size. Please watch our foot scan video below to find out exactly how it works.

We would like to ask you to bring the following items to the appointment: 

- Are you coming to choose shoes? Please bring your own ski socks for the fitting. (Due to the coronation measures we do not lend fitting socks in the shops. Of course you can buy a new pair of socks). 

- Are you looking for skis for your child, but he/she already has ski boots? Please bring them along so that we can adjust them properly! 

- The same goes for picking out snowboards: does your child already have bindings or snowboard boots? Please bring them along so that we can make sure everything fits together.

CLOTHING

Duration appointment: 45 minutes

We reserve 45 minutes for an appointment in the clothing department. This gives us ample time to select and try on several outfits. Our clothing advisors can tell you everything about the fabrics, waterproofing and warmth of the clothing. 

MAINTENANCE/REPAIR

Duration appointment: 10 minutes

Have you made an appointment for maintenance/repair of your skis or board? Then it is useful to have a look at our page about our maintenance service to see what the possibilities are. Do you want a 'small service' for your skis or a 'big super service' for your snowboard? And what does that mean exactly? It is all explained on this page. Of course you can always ask for personal advice during the appointment or talk to the advisor.

PICK-UP/RETURNS

Duration appointment: 10 minutes

Are you coming to pick up or drop off items? Then make sure you bring everything you need: the items you want to return, receipts, a pick-up slip...

SKI OR SNOWBOARD BOOTS

Duration appointment: 45 minutes

For an appointment to shop for ski or snowboard boots, we reserve a generous block of time of 45 minutes. This way we can make a foot scan and try on several shoes. Are you curious how our foot scan works? Then you can watch our video about it.

Please note: it is nice if you bring your own ski socks, so you can feel if the shoes fit well when you wear a thicker sock instead of your normal everyday socks. (Due to corona, we do not have ski socks available for trying on. Of course you can buy a new pair of socks on the spot).

During an appointment for ski or snowboard shoes, it is possible that several customers are helped at the same time.

SKIS

Duration appointment: 30 minutes

When you make an appointment to look for new skis, it is useful to bring your ski boots (if you have them of course). Then we can adjust the bindings of your new skis to the right size!

SNOWBOARDS

Duration appointment: 30 minutes

If you make an appointment to shop for a new snowboard, we would like to ask you to bring your own bindings and snowboard boots (if you have them of course). This way, we can check which boards match your bindings and what width your board should be.

SNOWBOARD BINDINGS

Duration appointment: 30 minutes

Did you make an appointment for snowboard bindings shopping? If so, we have an expert in our snowboard department ready to advise you. If you already have a snowboard and snowboard boots, it's a good idea to bring them along. If you already have a snowboard and boots, bring them along, so the expert can check which bindings go with what you're looking for and mount them if necessary.

TEST CENTRE

Duration appointment: 120 minutes

For an appointment at the test centre we reserve a generous block of time: this appointment can take up to two hours. This gives you plenty of time to test the skis or boards extensively on the SnowWorld slopes!

Please prepare yourself for this appointment by reading all the information on our page ‘ski and snowboard test centers’. There we explain for example what you should bring along when you come to test.

Important to know is that you need a ticket for SnowWorld to get on the slopes. Because of the corona measures you can reserve your piste ticket online in advance. So it is a good idea to arrange your track access at the same time as you make your appointment!
